We are fortunate to be funded by the British Society for Geomorphology (BSG) which allows us to cover the accommodation and food for 15 participants.

The workshop is aimed at established scientists as well as early career researchers across the fields of Climatology, Hydrology and Geomorphology. The programme will create a platform for all participants to contribute to discussions and plan follow-up collaborative work.

Time: We will begin at lunch time on Tuesday 25th June and finish at lunch time on Friday 28th June.

Travel: Participants will have an option of carpooling from Santiago or Curico to reach the workshop location in Los Queñes. Los Queñes is approximately 2.5 hrs drive south from Santiago.

Accommodation: Participants will stay in cabañas alongside the Rio Teno. Alternative accommodation is also available in the area if participants would like to accommodate themselves.

Food: Breakfast and Lunch will be provided onsite. Dinner will be catered for by local restaurants in Los Queñes. Each cabana also has a fully equipped kitchen for those who prefer to cater themselves. There are two small and friendly supermarkets in Los Queñes.
